Our trip on the River Medway May 2011

The weather was very good with a steady breeze, some paddlers used the wind with various types of sail.

The river and scenery was very pretty

The campsite saw a wide variety of balloons on display. One hot air and some on Helen & Nigels tent for their wedding anniversary

The river included several locks which could either be portaged  or  shot using the canoe passes.
