Wensum Ospreys Canoe Club

Our paddle from North Elmham to Lyng was very well attended.

Our trip included some fun and games along the way.

All the games were to encourage paddlers to play in the moving water and to improve paddling balance and control.

 

We tried out some new seating positions  -  some more successful than others

Group rafting is great fun and a nice way to get paddlers into the flow of the water

The instructors had to have some fun as well didn't they  !  !  !
